Throughout my career, I have been involved in multiple finance system implementations and conversions, including two multi-currency systems in large US firms.  In one of the US firms, I was the UK and Belgium project lead, working directly with the software provider and firm’s system manager, designing and customising the system for VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules compliance etc.  I designed bespoke reports for statutory and management reporting purposes, office prebill and bill formats and debtor letters and statements.  I personally coordinated and supervised all UK and Belgian user testing and system validation.  The project took approximately 18 months to complete and was a great success, there were no conversion issues after go-live.
