
With over 8 years’ generalist legal HR experience, I have managed the entire HR function in a large prestigious corporate US law firm, as well as in regional and elite private client firms, with headcounts ranging between 25 and 100 personnel. Within all the law firms I have worked in, I have always built strong relationships with partners and senior management teams, helping them to implement strategies which make them an employer of choice. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), having obtained their Advanced Diploma in People Management and Development in 2009.
