I worked in a small corporate law firm in the City of London with a headcount of 40 people.  The firm expanded rapidly, more than doubling in size within two years.  They quickly outgrew their existing space which resulted in the reconfiguration of the offices to accommodate the new personnel.  I project managed the fit out of, and relocation to 22 thousand sq. ft of office space in one of city’s most prestigious buildings.  I worked closely with architects, interior designers and fit out company, from initial design to completion and snagging. I oversaw the office move of 100 people over one weekend, enabling all personnel to resume business as usual activities on Monday morning with no issues of any kind.  It was a hugely successful project which boosted staff morale and engagement significantly.
